Answer to Day One Question

What do you think will be the hardest thing to give up? How do you think your meals will change? What daily routines may change?

I think that the biggest adjustment will be the lack of a car, or rather the option of a car. I choose not to drive most days, but it is just that–a choice–and whenever I want to/need to, I can jump into a vehicle and go.

I haven’t really made a plan for the meals, but I know things will have to change. I ate pretty simply yesterday, and still would not have made budget. Lunch meetings, which I enjoy, are just not an option for the next two days.

I imagine that I will spend some time hungry, and I will spend some time eating one thing, when I really want another. Not having a mobile phone will also be a bit of a challenge, but I plan on leaving a message asking people to call me at church or at home.
