Lafayette Kids

All children ages 2-12 are welcome in our Sunday school classrooms. With two multi-age grouped classrooms, Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church can meet your family’s needs and help your little ones flourish in their faith during the most critical time of their spiritual formation. Our younger age classroom is for children ages 2-K, and our older age classroom is for children in grades 1-6.

We use a Bible-centered curriculum, Spark House Activate Faith Lectionary, that is full of hands-on activities that make learning exciting, such as interactive games, drama, creative crafts, and cooking. The lessons correspond to the Revised Common Lectionary, helping children get more out of both worship and Sunday school. Our teachers welcome every child with a smile and hope to make Sunday school a fun and safe environment that they will look forward to coming back to. We believe that your children deserve the best, and we strive to give that to them every Sunday morning!

Children are a gift from the Lord.
